Sports Betting Operator License for Camarero Race Track Corp. On August 28, 2024, the Board of Commissioners granted this license, which authorizes the license to operate sports betting in the jurisdiction covered by the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission. The terms and conditions of this license are established in Puerto Rico Law 81-2019, sports betting regulation 9136, and administrative order OACJAD-22-08.

The operator reserves the right at any time to completely or partially deny a user's bet.

Payment Methods

By establishing your account and depositing funds, you agree to provide us with a valid date of birth and license or state card number, as well as any other information Camarero Race Track Corp. may require to perform appropriate identity checks and comply with applicable federal and state regulations. Deposits to an account can be made through the means provided on the website. Camarero Race Track Corp. may limit the amount a user can deposit into their account in accordance with government-imposed limits, risk management, and Camarero Race Track Corp.'s discretion. Camarero Race Track Corp. Sportsbook accepts various forms of payment for deposits, such as cash, credit cards, WorldPay, ATH, and ATH Móvil.

To make a deposit through ATH Móvil, the customer must use the ATH Móvil account associated with the same phone number registered in the Camarero Race Track Corp. system. In addition, the customer is requested to include the user name in the comments area for easy customer identification.

User deposits and winnings are held in a separate and segregated bank account. These funds belong to you, subject to review for evidence of fraud, and Camarero Race Track Corp. cannot use these funds to cover operating expenses or for any other purpose. Your withdrawals will be made from this segregated bank account.

Camarero Race Track Corp. is required to comply with all state and federal tax reporting requirements and, as such, may require winning users to provide updated User Data for tax reporting purposes. You are responsible for filing and paying all applicable state and federal taxes on any winnings. Camarero Race Track Corp. does not provide tax advice, nor should any provision in these Rules or the Service be construed as tax advice.

Camarero Race Track Corp. reserves the right to remove or add payment options when the occasion warrants. Currently available payment methods can be viewed in the "Account" section of our website when logged into your account. We reserve the right to process withdrawals back to the payment method used to make your deposit, refunding the original deposits, up to the full amount deposited, before allowing other withdrawal options.

If Camarero Race Track Corp determines that the deposited funds are not for wagering purposes, Camarero Race Track Corp may, at its discretion, reject the deposit, return the funds to the original payment method used to fund the account, and close the user's account.

If Camarero Race Track Corp determines that the deposited funds are not from a funding instrument in the user's name or are not expressly authorized for use by them, Camarero Race Track Corp reserves the right to decline the deposit and return the funds to the original payment method. If this determination is made after bets have been placed, Camarero Race Track Corp reserves the right to void any resulting or pending bets in the user's account.

If Camarero Race Track Corp determines that there is insufficient information to demonstrate ownership of a particular payment option, we reserve the right to request certified documentation as proof of ownership before making a decision.

Camarero Race Track Corp reserves the right to verify directly with the user's financial institution that provided the payment option used for the deposit to confirm that the details provided by the user to Camarero Race Track Corp are valid and correct.

A user may be subject to betting restrictions in the event of an error during a transaction or for any other reason, as determined by us. Any malfunction on the website will invalidate your play.

By depositing with Camarero Race Track Corp, you agree that, at Camarero Race Track Corp's discretion, we may require a user to return the amount of their deposit to the original funding instrument.

Camarero Race Track Corp. must comply with the Bank Secrecy Law of 1970. If we believe a deposit or withdrawal may be potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to request updated banking information regarding the deposit or withdrawal to verify that the information provided is true and correct before allowing withdrawals from the account.

If Camarero Race Track Corp. determines that the risk posed by a payment to or from an account is undesirable, Camarero Race Track Corp. reserves the right to cancel the deposit or withdrawal.

Camarero Race Track Corp. may charge users fees for credit card deposits or withdrawal fees.

Camarero Race Track Corp. reserves the right to pass on to users any transaction processing fees for deposits or withdrawals that we determine are independent of Camarero Race Track Corp.

Camarero Race Track Corp. does not allow third-party bank account holders or credit card holders to make transactions on an account not registered in their name. Users must use their own deposit and withdrawal methods, whether in their own or joint names. Camarero Race Track Corp. reserves the right to suspend any account without prior notice if third-party payment details are used and will request confirmation of permitted use from that third party before reopening the applicable account and allowing further transactions.

If Camarero Race Track Corp. successfully identifies third-party payment transactions on an account, we reserve the right to remedy the situation. In this case, users agree that any wagers placed or still pending may be voided and the funds returned. Users agree that Camarero Race Track Corp. will review each situation on a case-by-case basis, taking into account deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and any other available information. Users agree that where an account has not been operated in good faith, Camarero Race Track Corp. may reject future transactions and retrospectively void existing ones, at its discretion.

Camarero Race Track Corp. reserves the right to set deposit limits and restrict or prohibit withdrawals from any user's account if the user has not met the identification requirements specified herein and, if necessary, to suspend a user's account entirely until those requirements have been met.

Camarero Race Track Corp., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to process withdrawals up to (or equal to) the original amount deposited back to a credit card used for the deposit by the user.

Camarero Race Track Corp. reserves the right to reject pending withdrawals to ensure that the maximum loss of all pending wagers does not result in a negative account balance.

You have the right to review all your gaming activity in "Transaction History," which details user deposit, withdrawal, and betting activity, as well as Responsible Gaming limits.

Camerarero Race Track Corp. has a series of controls and verifications in place during the withdrawal process. To protect your funds, Camarero Race Track Corp. implements a series of security verifications before processing any withdrawal request. Camarero Race Track Corp. reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until these verifications have been completed. There may be some delays if a withdrawal is requested outside of business hours. In general, we expect withdrawals to be processed within twenty-four (48) hours, although they may take up to five (5) business days.
